  • Anna-Marie Frazier

    FOUNDER

    With over 20 years in Louisville’s hospitality industry, Anna‑Marie leads with experience, creativity, and heart. Her career began in food and beverage before moving into catering sales and eventually group sales, where she discovered her passion for connecting people to the spirit of Derby City. After serving as Director of Sales for several hotels and later for Hosts Global Destination Management Services, she founded Destination Louisville to bring her vision of collaborative, guest‑focused event design to life.

    A proud mom of five, Anna‑Marie’s leadership style is rooted in authenticity, teamwork, and hard work. She loves cooking, entertaining, and designing spaces that feel as welcoming as her city. Her dedication to her team and clients shines through every event she curates — each one a reflection of Louisville’s warmth, charm, and hospitality.

  • Lisa LeCompte

    OPERATIONS

    Lisa LeCompte spent nearly 30 years in the tourism and hospitality industry. With experience in convention center sales, association management and event planning, she has a well- rounded knowledge of the industry. She recently retired after 18 years in Convention Sales for Louisville Tourism where she helped book numerous meetings, events and tradeshows for the city.

    Lisa was born and raised in the Louisville area. She and her husband have two sweet, spoiled dogs, Cash and Carter. She enjoys gardening, painting, reading and volunteers as a garden ambassador at Yew Dell Botanical Gardens.

    Whether it’s managing airport arrivals, loading buses, setting up decor or giving a tour of the city, Lisa’s number one goal is to ensure that our clients have the best and most memorable experience here in Louisville!
